<現況届について>
In order to continue receiving the child support allowance, the recipient must submit a notification of current status during the month of August in order to confirm the status of the recipient's household members as of August 1 each year and the child support received in the previous year.
Without this notification, the recipient will not be able to receive the allowance from November onward, so please make sure to follow the procedure.
Information will be mailed to the recipients on July 24th.

In addition, for those recipients who meet the requirements such as five years have passed since they received the Child Support Allowance, please submit the Notification of Reasons for Exclusion from Application for Partial Payment together with the required documents, which was mailed on June 20 (Thu.), along with the current status report.
