※全額公費による接種は令和6年3月31日で終了します。（大口町内医療機関は、3/27まで。）令和5年9月20日以降、一度も接種をされていない方で無料接種を希望する方は、お早目にご予約ください。
※3/19(火)の枠は、コールセンターの電話予約のみとなります。
※若草色（うすい黄緑色）の接種券を使用します。以前お送りした古い接種券は使用できませんのでご注意ください。
※ワクチンはファイザー社製または第一三共社製（ともにオミクロン株XBB.1.5対応1価ワクチン）です。
