本日７月２９日（月）、徳島県において 熱中症警戒アラート が発表されています
３日連続で熱中症警戒アラートが発表されており、熱中症による健康被害が生じる危険性が極めて高い状況です。
熱中症予防行動を積極的にとっていただき、熱中症から身を守りましょう。
・室内の温度を確認し、エアコンを適切に使用して、涼しい環境で過ごしましょう。
・こまめな水分補給・塩分補給をしましょう。
・高齢者や乳幼児は熱中症にかかりやすいので特に注意が必要です。周囲の方も声かけをしましょう。
・涼しい環境以外では運動等を控えましょう。
