熱中症の危険性が極めて高くなると予想されるため、
予防対策を徹底してください。
以下のことを参考にしていただき、熱中症予防・対策を行ってください。
(1)不要・不急の外出はできるだけ控え、暑さを避けましょう。
やむを得ず外出する際は、日傘や帽子を利用し、こまめな休憩を心がけてください。
(2)屋外やエアコン等が設置されていない屋内での運動は原則、中止や延期をしましょう。
(3)昼夜を問わず、エアコン等を使用して部屋の温度を調整しましょう
(4)のどが渇く前にこまめに水分補給をしましょう（１日あたり1.2Lが目安）
(5)高齢者、子ども、持病のある方は熱中症になりやすいです。身近な方からエアコンの使用や水分補給等を行うよう、声をかけましょう。
(6)暑さ指数（WBGT）を確認しましょう。
