(2)緊急時の連絡手段を確認しましょう。(スマホの予備バッテリーも忘れずに)
(3)スマホ・ラジオ等で最新の気象情報を確認しましょう。
(4)エスケープルート(万が一の逃げ道)を考えましょう。
(5)応急処置のための知識と医薬品・器具を整えましょう。
(6)雪崩に対する知識・心構えと装備を整えましょう。(雪崩ビーコン等)
(7)山岳保険の加入を検討しましょう。
(8)登山予定の山で発生した過去の事故を確認しましょう。
