7月8日現在、県内全域に熱中症警戒アラートが発令されました。
外出はできるだけ控え、暑さを避けましょう。
エアコンを適切に使用しましょう。
こまめに水分・塩分を補給するなど普段以上に「熱中症予防行動」を実践しましょう。
また、7月8日から14日までの7日間、県内全域に食中毒注意報が発令されています。
発令期間中は、細菌性食中毒が発生しやすい気象状態になっていますので、食品の取扱いには充分注意しましょう。
なまものは避け、食品は充分火を通してから食べましょう。
冷蔵・冷凍が必要な食品は、冷蔵庫や冷凍庫に入れ、適切な温度管理しましょう。
