新型コロナウイルス感染症の定点当たり患者報告数は５．１０人と前週（４．７８人）から増加しました。
手足口病の定点当たり患者報告数は４．８９人と前週（４．１４人）から横ばいで、例年より高いレベルで推移しています。
Ａ群溶血性レンサ球菌咽頭炎の定点当たり患者報告数は３．８９人と前週（３．５８人）から横ばいで、例年より高いレベルで推移しています。
今週のトピックス
“腸管出血性大腸菌感染症に御注意ください！”について取り上げました。
腸管出血性大腸菌感染症は、強い毒素を産生する大腸菌を原因とする感染症です。主な症状は、激しい腹痛、下痢及び血便ですが、溶血性尿毒症症候群（ＨＵＳ）や脳症等の重篤な合併症を引き起こし、命に関わることもあります。
腸管出血性大腸菌は気温や湿度の上昇に伴い増殖が活発になるため、例年夏季に患者報告数が増加します。川崎市においては、令和６年第２５週（６月１７日〜２３日）までに計６件の報告があり、今後更に増加する可能性もあります。感染力が非常に強く少ない菌数でも感染するため、食材の十分な洗浄・加熱及び適切な保管等の予防対策が重要です。また、患者の便を介した二次感染も起こりますので、食事の前や排便後は手指衛生を徹底しましょう。
