５月７日、上田市内の一般家庭に「地方民事執行センター」を名乗る機関から「訴訟着手発付通知」と記載された不審なハガキが届いています。
このハガキには「貴方の利用されていた契約会社に対して未納料又は債務不履行による民事訴訟として裁判を行う為に訴訟提起された」「再三に渡る呼び出しに応じない場合や裁判を放置していた方が執行官立会いのもと給料や財産を差し押さえられる事例があります」などと記載されています。
◆被害に遭わないために
・ ハガキに記載された電話番号に連絡すると、お金や個人情報を詐取される可能性がありますので、絶対に電話しないでください。
・ 困った時は、すぐに「上田市消費生活センター」か「消費者ホットライン（局番なしの188）」へご相談ください。
