12月30日(土)、ふじみ野市内で、市役所職員を装う者から「封書を送りましたが、届いていますか？」等の詐欺電話が確認されています。
犯人は、この後、銀行やコンビニ等のATMに誘導して、電話で指示しながら、お金を振り込ませようとするほか、銀行員等を装う者が訪問し、カードを新しくする等と言い、暗証番号を聞き出し、キャッシュカードを騙し取ろうとしてきます。
被害を防ぐために大切なことは、犯人からの電話に出ないことです。留守番電話に設定して、相手の声が確認できるまで電話に出ないなどの対策をしましょう。
また、ご自分のご家族はもちろん、ご近所の方にも、ぜひこの情報を知らせてあげてください。
なお、携帯電話を使用しながらATMを操作している方を見かけたら、声をかけて、詐欺被害防止にご協力をお願いします。
