突然、訪問してきた業者が屋根や水道などの「無料点検」などと称して住宅に入り込み、高額な修理代金を請求するといったトラブルが発生しています。
犯罪目的で利用するために、個人情報等を聞き出す可能性もありますので、以下の点に注意してください。
〇突然訪問してきた業者に安易に点検させない。
〇点検時に修理を勧められても、その場では契約せず、信用できる人に相談する。
〇断っても立ち去らない場合には、警察に通報する。
〇安易に「金品の保管状況」や「個人情報」を教えない。
