・熱中症搬送者の半数以上は、高齢者（６５歳以上）です。身近な高齢者に対し、昼夜問わず、エアコン等を使用するよう声掛けをしましょう。
・高齢者のほか、子ども、持病のある方、暑さに慣れていない方、体調の悪い方などは、熱中症にかかりやすい「熱中症弱者」です。こまめな休憩や水分補給を喉が渇く前から、より積極的に、時間を決めて行いましょう。
