■状況
9月24日午後3時頃、刈谷市原崎町地内にお住まいの方の固定電話に刈谷市役所保険課を名乗って「累積医療費の還付金がある」「書類を送ったが届いていないか」「口座のある銀行から電話をかける」などといった電話の後、金融機関を名乗って電話がかかってきました。
この方は、ご自身で調べたり、市役所に確認したことで詐欺と気付き、被害にあわずにすみました。
■対策
・知らない電話番号や非通知からの電話に出ないようにしましょう。
・電話で「お金」や「カード」の話が出たら詐欺を疑い、家族や警察に相談しましょう。
・最近、国際電話からの特殊詐欺の電話が多数かかってきています。固定電話で海外との電話が不要な方は、発信、着信を無償で休止することができます。詳しくは国際電話不取扱受付センター(0120-210-364、オペレーターによる案内は平日午前9時から午後5時まで)にお問い合わせください。
・刈谷市内にお住まいの60歳以上の方は固定電話に設置する不審電話防止装置を2,000円で購入できます。ぜひ、ご検討ください。
