10月、11月と「くまがや食応援大使」である牧野悦子さんがお届けしてきたシーズン3も、12月で最後となります。今月のゲストは、遠藤ファーム株式会社の遠藤政子さん。
今回は遠藤ファームさんが管理するひまわり畑で撮影を行いました。この場所は野菜を収穫した後、土を休ませるために花を植え、その花からハチミツをとり、枯れた花を土に還すという循環を実現している場所です。
「食」の専門である牧野さんの視点も加わりながら、農業の枠を超えて地域を盛り上げていく未来が語られています。
