■状況
7月30日(火)、昭和区汐見町地内において、昭和警察署の警察官を名乗る男から「付近で詐欺被害が多発しています。この被害は銀行内部の者による犯行です。」「あなたの銀行口座から現金が勝手におろされています。口座を停止したので、新しいカードに替える必要があります。確認のため、暗証番号を教えてください。」等と電話があり、被害者から暗証番号を聞き出した後、「古いカードの回収に伺います。キャッシュカードとハサミを用意しておいてください。」等と指示され、その後、自宅を訪問した男に、ハサミで切り込みを入れたキャッシュカードを手渡し、騙し取られる詐欺の被害が発生しました。
■対策
〇他人に、キャッシュカードを渡さない!!
〇他人に、暗証番号を教えない!!
〇犯人と直接会話をしないように、自宅の固定電話を常時留守番電話設定にしておきましょう。
〇電話の相手に録音する旨を伝える被害防止機能付き電話の導入を検討しましょう。
