■状況
令和6年9月11日に千種区内にお住いのお宅の固定電話に千種警察署の警察官を騙る男から「あなたは詐欺の被害に遭っていて、犯人は捕まえた。今使っているキャッシュカードは使えないから、今から警察官が取りに行く。」等と言われ、自宅に来た警察官を名乗る男にキャッシュカードを騙し取られ、お金が引き出される被害が発生しました。
■対策
・警察官がキャッシュカードを預かったりすることはありません。
・キャッシュカードの暗証番号は誰にも教えないでください。
・自宅の固定電話を常時留守番電話設定にしたり、特殊詐欺被害防止機器を導入する等して、犯人と直接話さない対策をしましょう。
・「＋」から始まる電話番号は、犯人が使用する可能性が高い国際電話です。海外との電話が不要な方は無償で休止できますので、千種警察署生活安全課までお問合せください。
