２．３０日２３時５９分（実質３１日）より、オークランドもレベル２となり、各種ビジネスや学校などを再開出来るが、集会等における人数制限（１０名まで。葬式は５０名まで）が課される。
３．３０日２３時５９分（実質３１日）以降は、ＮＺ全土で、公共交通機関（バス、電車、フェリー、飛行機、タクシー、ウーバー等）を利用する際に、マスク又は顔面を覆う代用品の着用が必須となる。
４．警戒レベル設定については、９月６日までにＮＺ政府による再検討が行われる。
