I have achieved a two-location life in Japan and the U.S. without an account, a family home, or Japanese citizenship ！


After 27 years in the U.S., I have seriously considered moving to Japan in the near future and just recently purchased a small house in front of a beach in "Izu" in Japan. I recently purchased a small house in front of the beach in "Izu", Japan.
Now I can bring my pets back home with me.
For now, I am continuing to live in two locations, LA and Izu, to gradually get used to life in Japan.

There were many "obstacles" before I bought a house in Japan, and at one point I gave up on the idea of moving to Japan.
In the beginning, I contacted more than 50 real estate agencies in Izu （ Atami, Ito ） and Shonan, searching for rental properties and used apartments for sale. <1666> And there were very few apartments that an elderly couple ！ ？ could rent. ！

However, my dream of moving to Japan became a reality when I met a real estate company in Izu.
We have no children, so I worry about my old age （ Tears ）
What if one of us needs nursing care ？ The high cost of nursing care in the U.S. I was deeply relieved when these doubts were resolved.
