Looking for a responsible and clean Japanese female from the ages of 40-60 years old. Absolutely no out of state renters! No couples, No visitors, No guests, No overnight sleepovers! No smoking! No drugs! No dogs, fishes, turtles, spiders, birds, hamsters, beetles, rats, lizards or snakes! Only 1-2 cats allowed. No pet deposit.

The neighborhood is in a quiet and safe upper-middle class area with plenty of parking on the street near the house or in front. It is a walking distance to the eatery, shopping center and laundry. It's between the freeways of 110, 605, 91 and near 405 & 710. Just 2-4 minutes drive to downtown Long Beach and the beach. About 8-12 minutes drive to Gardena/Torrance area, and about 12-17 minutes drive to Orange County.

It's a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, no kitchen use. There are 2 females renting the other rooms. The first one is about 50 years old. The second one is about 70 years old and she is my mom's friend.

NO cooking in your room with a portable gas stove or any gas appliances, due to fire hazard and deadly fumes! You can bring your own Microwave, small/medium Refridge, Rice Cooker, Water Warmer/Boiler, small/medium Air Fryer, but please, NO electrical stove! I will provide a full size bed with drawers on it and study table, if you don't have. For your safety, the outside property has CCTV. Arigato
