子どもたちがよく食べ、あまり手間をかけず、家庭にある調味料で作るメニューです（メニューは、ごはん、鶏のビネガー煮、青菜と人参の納豆和えの予定です）。
調理後、お子さんと一緒に試食しましょう。お父さんの参加もお待ちしています。
