予防のため次の点に注意しましょう。
(1)食品はなるべく加熱し、なま水、なま物を避け、特に食肉類の生食はやめましょう。
(2)食品の加熱調理は、中心が７５度で１分以上加熱となるよう十分加熱しましょう。
(3)健康に留意し、調理前と調理中は、こまめに手洗いをしましょう。
(4)冷蔵・冷凍が必要な食品は、室温に放置せず、素早く冷蔵庫で保管しましょう。
(5)冷蔵庫の開閉は少なく、庫内を整理し、効率のよい冷却を心がけましょう。
(6)必要なだけ調理し、調理後はできるだけ早く食べきりましょう。
(7)食器、包丁、まな板、ふきんなどの調理器具は、常に清潔に保管しましょう。
