【内容】
〇日時：令和6年9月7日（土） 集合午前9時30分 解散12時
〇行き先：グループホームあけぼの きりんの家
〇対象：府中市在住・在勤で15歳以上の肢体不自由者の方、ご家族、相談支援専門員
〇定員：6名（先着順）
※お一人で、ご家族と一緒、ヘルパーさん同行での参加も可能です。（ご家族のみの参加は不可）
〇集合・解散場所：府中市立心身障害者福祉センターきずな
〇持ち物：外出中に必要となるもの（水分等）
〇申込期間：8月1日（木）〜8月30日（金）まで
