県内(市内でも)では、空き家や長期間不在になっている家を狙い、現金や貴重品等を盗む窃盗事件が増加しています。
庭の草木が生い茂っている、家の一部が壊れたままである等、管理されていない状態は、周囲から空き家だと分かりやすく、犯人から狙われやすくなります。
また、犯人は、空き家に置かれた現金や貴重品、換金できるような金目の物を狙っています。
空き家をお持ちの方は、
〇 空き家をこまめに確認し、定期的にお手入れをして空き家と分からないようにする
〇 空き家に現金や貴重品、金目の物を置かない
〇 ドアや窓は必ずカギを掛ける
といった対策をして、被害に遭わないようにしましょう。
空き家で見慣れない車や不審者を見かけた際には、１１０番通報してください。
