いわき市消防本部からのお知らせです。
11月９日は「119番の日」です。
毎年11月９日は、「119番の日」と制定されており、消防業務に関する理解を深めるとともに、防火・防災意識の高揚を図るため、全国一斉に普及啓発活動が展開されます。
いわき市では、「Live119（ライブ119）」システムを本年４月から導入しました。このシステムは、通報者のスマートフォンから消防緊急情報センターへ、現場の具体的な状況を映像で送ることができます。また、通報者のスマートフォンへ応急手当のお手本動画を映し出すことも可能であるため、動画を観ながら適切な応急手当を行うことができます。
指令通信員から依頼があった際は、操作方法等の説明がございますので、ご協力よろしくお願いします。
また、119番通報は緊急回線です。消防車や救急車の要請以外の通報は控えるなど、119番の適正利用もあわせてお願いします。
