I want to learn about American health care ！.

I am now a 17 year old sophomore in high school. I am here in Los Angeles to study sports medicine ・ orthopedic medicine ・ general medicine ・ how to support patients in the U.S. (how to treat patients ・ mental support, etc.) through the Tobitate study abroad program in Japan.
However, I do not have a work visa and cannot work in the form of a part-time job.
I am wondering if anyone knows of any medical facilities in California ・ where I can learn a little bit about medicine in the form of volunteer work, or if anyone is willing to accept me ？ 😭
I will be here until 12/22, so during that period I can work as many times a week as I want. I am open to any number of times a week as long as Any work is fine as long as you can be in the same facility as the doctor regarding medical care.
