11月６日〜2月２６日までオンラインにて少人数制、フレキシブルスケジュールで行う講師養成講座のQ＆Aも行います。ヨガの経験が少ない方からヨガの指導者の方まで、少人数制のトレーニングできめ細やかなサポートを可能ににしています。
ヨガの良さを人に伝えることをお仕事にしたい方も自分のプラクティスを深めたい方も、自己探究の旅のサポートになるツールがぎゅっと詰まった200時間ヨガインストラクター養成講座の開催です。
オンラインのトレーニングは録画講義とライブ講義を効率的に取り入れてお好きな時間のコマを選んで受講いただきながら、一人一人の学びを丁寧にサポートできるシステム。

担当講師：髙橋きよみ （E ~RYT500）
2009年よりロサンゼルスにてフルタイムで英語と日本語にてヨガ講師として活動中。大手スタジオでのインストラクター及び2014年よりヨガティーチャートレーニング講座のメイン講師を担当（Yoga Daya, YogaWorks)。2020年よりオンラインのプラットフォームでグループクラス、200時間ヨガティーチャートレーニング講座を含めた各種講座を開催している。Googleなど大手企業での企業ヨガも担当。アライメントと呼吸に意識を置いたフロー、クンダリーニヨガ、ヒマラヤ伝統のクリヤなど幅広いトレーニングと経験からBody, Mind, Spiritに働きかける包括的なアプローチのヨガを指導している。
