背骨と骨盤を個々の正しい位置に戻しさらにアロマの香りの中でストレッチを行い心身ともに健康・美容・ダイエット効果向上！忙しい毎日を頑張るご自身の為にポジティブself-careの1時間を満喫しませんか？
フォームローラーを使って筋肉をほぐした後、フォームローラーに寝転んで体幹・背骨/骨盤の位置に効く運動を行ない、クラスの始めと終わりで姿勢の大差を確認していきます。最後はアロマの香りの中でストレッチを行い心身共にリラックスして帰って頂けます(アロマの植物成分にアレルギーのある方は事前にお知らせください。)姿勢、筋肉、正しい運動方法、ダイエットの必須事項、正しいマッサージやストレッチ方法など詳しく丁寧にご説明し、個々に合った体づくりを提案致します。

8歳からJazz danceを始める。2003年18歳でJuzz funk・Hiphopに転向後、ダンスインストラクターや日本人アーティストや韓国人アーティストのバックダンサー・振付をする傍ら、フィットネストレーナー兼アロマストレッチ・フォームローラーストレッチ・バランスボールエクササイズ・ボクシングエクササイズのインストラクターとしても活動。日本語・韓国語・英語を話す(クラスも可能)。RYT200認定ヨガインストラクター。2018年臼井式レイキヒーリング免許取得。
