The 8th Annual Japan ・ Week, an event led by Bellevue ・ College students to communicate and learn about Japanese culture while having fun, will be held again this year at Bellevue College in cooperation with the Consulate-General of Japan in Seattle. Weekdays are for Belle Callege students, and the event is open to the public on October 5 （ Sat ）. This year's event will include the 70th anniversary of Godzilla, the 55th anniversary of Doraemon, the 50th anniversary of Hello Kitty, and the 45th anniversary of Gundam, as well as events featuring the world's most popular Japanese-born character. 1954 Godzilla movie will be shown, with special effects technology from 70 years ago ！ In "Doraemon Theater, 37 episodes of "Doraemon" broadcasted on TV will be screened. Other events include performances of traditional Japanese drum and shakuhachi music, demonstrations of martial arts, tea ceremony, flower arrangement, calligraphy, etc., self shiatsu, introduction of origami and Go, puppet shows and picture story shows for children, karaoke, flea market, manga exchange, Japanese-English chat sessions, yukata dressing booths, and much more! There will also be a yukata dressing booth. Admission and participation are all free ！
