子供と運動不足解消しながら学べる！動画でキッズヨガ教室 『キッズヨガ アドベンチャー』
初めまして。「キッズヨガアドベンチャー」のえりです。
RYT(全米ヨガアライアンス）ヨガインストラクターで、Cosmic Kids Yogaの認定キッズヨガ インストラクターです。
『キッズヨガアドベンチャー』は、子どもたちに、マインドフルネス＆呼吸に合わせながらヨガを練習し、脳の発達、心の成長を楽しく学べる場所、無料で習い事ができる場所を作りたいと思い、動画レッスンを毎週１回程度で配信しています！
世界中どこでも、場所や時間に捉われずご利用できるキッズヨガ 教室です。
日本語補習や、なるべくお子さんを日本語に触れさせたいご家族にもご利用頂けます。
ヨガは、集中力、免疫力、バランス、感情のコントロール、脳の発達にとても効果的です。
呼吸に合わせながら、ポーズを練習し、習慣づけることが大事です。
動画レッスンは、子どもたちの興味を惹きやすいように、背景を変えながら、おとぎ話の世界に入った感覚で練習できるプログラムです。
ストーリーや冒険を通して、ヨガを学ぶと同時に、大切な心「幸せ」とは「強さ」とは？などテーマに合わせて考えるキッカケ作りをしていきます。
＊動画の説明欄に「レッスンのテーマ、ヨガポーズや呼吸法のこと、学べること」を毎回書いておりますので、より理解を深めることができます。遊びのようで、遊びで終わらないレッスンです。
運動不足解消にお子さんと一緒に練習したり、お母様のプチ休憩など、ご自由にご利用下さい。
耳が聞こえないお子さんや、文字を読みたいお子さんのためにも、簡単に読める字幕もサポートしています。
『キッズヨガアドベンチャー』は、より多くの子供たちが、健康的なスクリーンタイムを提供し、マインドフルネス＆ヨガを楽しく学び、心も体も健康にしていく動画レッスンをお届けしています。
