Homestay in a private room with convenient transportation and meals

The bathroom is shared with another woman in a private room with a key, but it is not so inconvenient because it has a separate bathroom and shower room, which is rare in the U.S.

Newly remodeled in 2020, this beautiful room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, etc. and is in move-in condition. It also has a refrigerator.

Breakfast and dinner are included Monday through Friday.
Breakfast is self-service, including yogurt, cereal, and fruit. Dinner is mainly Japanese food, but we try to provide meals prepared at home.
No meals are served on weekends, but you can prepare your own meals in the kitchen.

Host Mother is Japanese and works as a nurse, Host Father is El Salvadoran and is self-employed.
Our daughters were born here and are English Native Speaker but can understand simple Japanese. They are very interested in students. Instead of teaching them English, I ask them about Japanese culture, especially songs, popular things, make up and anime. This seems to be a good stimulus for the young students.

Please let us know in advance if you are allergic to cats, as cats walk freely around the house. The cat loves the students and will easily get attached to them. It is very cute, so please be prepared. \Please be prepared for that.

The Muni stop is just a 2-30 second walk away and it takes about 25 minutes to get downtown. Very convenient.
We have taken care of more than 10 Japanese and Koreans so far, and we have had almost no problems with them and they have all been very comfortable.

$ 310 per week $ 1300 per month, but we can reduce the rent for international students on condition. Please contact us for more information. We have reduced the rent by 100-200 $ per week for the previous tenants in exchange for 3-4 hours of housekeeping help per week.
