I am posting on behalf of a family who rented us a room when we lived in Los Angeles and
took good care of us.
They are a very kind, helpful and nice Taiwanese family.

The room is in a house in Covina （ Vincent Ave and San Bernardino Rd, Covina. ） We are very happy to have you as our guest.

・ Washing machine （ Will be outside ）
・ Shared kitchen （ Just outside your room ）

All utilities （ Water ・ Electricity ・ Gas ・ Wi-Fi etc ） are included in the rent.
Also, you can enter and exit your room through the side gate.
