Roommate

Furnished, clean room, available until end of August, short term possible.

A large 3-bedroom unit in a building with doorman and elevator is available for two months in July and August.
Bright and clean room with queen size bed, bedside table, desk and chair, small refrigerator, closet, wardrobe, lamps, and everything you need.

The bathroom is shared with another Japanese woman, but the living room also has a half bathroom for guests, so you can use it comfortably.

Linens are provided free of charge for those who need them, and there is a 24-hour coin laundry in the basement.

Located on Roosevelt Island, one F stop from Manhattan. Convenient, safe, and quiet, it is an ideal environment for a woman to live. It is a 5 minute walk from the station and there is a free island bus service.

Rent is $70/night including wifi and utilities. The rent is $450 per week or $1200 per month.

We are two Japanese women who are working adults with common sense. We prefer Japanese women who are willing to use the room neatly. Basic capacity is 1 person, but if you want to use it for 2 people on a short trip, please contact us.

We have a cat, so we ask only animal lovers.
