Heat advisory

It's only Monday but it's already been a scorcher of a week -- after Sunday's high of upper 80s, it's expected to reach 90 °F today and it won't cool off much tonight. 

To make sure you're prepared to beat the heat, here are a couple reminders:

?? Drink plenty of water, even if you're not thirsty
?? Limit outdoor activity during the hottest hours (11 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
???? Keep an eye on young children, seniors, and pets
??️ If you’re outside, seek shade and take frequent breaks
