Hello everyone, I'm a new member of the Tetsusaize team.
Join us for a free training called ⁑Tetsusize⁑ which started in 2010 and is now in its 16th year ？
This training is held every Tuesday and Sunday morning at 8 am at a park called Fox Hills Park in Culver City. Over 1,700 people have participated to date, and many more are still participating each time.
Since the circle is open to everyone, there is a wide age range from teens ～ to 80s, and many parents and children with their children also participate.
The fitness level of the participants also varies; some are world champions in karate and boxing, former professional soccer players, professional baseball players, professional surfers, Olympic athletes, etc., some have served in the military or special forces in various countries, while others have no previous exercise experience whatsoever.
And as for the training, I will customize a menu based on the number of participants and their physical strength, and we will work together to complete the training.
By the way, the purpose of this training is to support people to become strong and healthy, but it is very effective and many people have benefited from it, for example, many people who lost 5 ～ 10kg in about 1 ～ 3 months after participating have become able to run for 5 minutes. They can run, do push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc., and find themselves incredibly strong and healthy.
Many people have also been able to break free from alcoholism and drug addiction through this training, and many have been able to repair their broken marriages and family relationships.
And the relationships with the people you meet in this circle are also a great benefit. Many people have made good friends here and use it in their work and daily lives, and several couples have gotten married because they met in this circle, so if you are interested, please feel free to contact us.

Some may think, "This sounds fishy …," but I am now 58 years old and a man of self-admitted strength and soundness, and these are still evolving.
