The City’s Tenant Buy Out Notification and Disclosure Program, also known as “Cash for Keys,” is when a landlord offers a tenant money in exchange for the tenant to move from their rental unit voluntarily. This program is only for units covered under the City’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO). Landlords must provide tenants with a copy of the RSO Disclosure Notice and file a copy with the City of Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) for it to be a valid agreement. Join us for one of our weekly webinars to learn more about this program, what must be provided to the tenant, how to file a complaint, and how to look up if a buyout was filed.
The webinar will be a one-hour session held online via Zoom. At the end of the presentation, there will be a Q&A period.

El Programa de Aviso y Declaración de Compra de Inquilinatos de la Ciudad, también conocido como «Pago por Llaves», es cuando un arrendador ofrece dinero a un inquilino a cambio de que el inquilino se mude voluntariamente de su unidad de alquiler.
