市では、公共施設等の統合・複合化・利活用等の取組として、「市民ギャラリー、茅ヶ崎駅前市民窓口センター及び萩園市民窓口センターの廃止並びにネスパ茅ヶ崎ビル等の今後の利活用に関する方針」を策定中です。
本方針につきましては、パブリックコメントや議会への陳情などにより、様々なご意見をいただき、確定を保留としている中で、市政に参加する機会が少ない市民の方など、様々な世代や職業の方から市の取組に対するご意見を直接お伺いし、方針の検討内容に反映をするため、オープンハウス（展示型の自由意見提案会）を昨年１１月に市内６会場で開催しました。
今回は、本方針のうち萩園市民窓口センターのあり方の検討を行うにあたり、さらに多くの方々からのご意見を聴取するため、アンケート及びオープンハウスを実施します。

【オープンハウス（展示型の自由意見提案会）とは？】
・「茅ヶ崎市の財産利活用に関する取組の素案」を、パネルで展示します。
・自由にご覧いただき、疑問など説明が必要な場合は、会場にいる市の職員へお声かけください。
・ご意見は、会場で配布する「アンケート用紙」に記入をお願いします。
・ご覧いただくだけでも構いません。
申込不要、入退場自由です！お気軽にお越しください！
