さて、令和6年度介護報酬改定において、一部の福祉用具にて貸与と販売の選択制が導入されたところでございます。
「介護保険居宅介護（介護予防）特定福祉用具購入費支給申請書」につきましては、本日付けで種目を追加したものを掲載いたしましたので、今後はそちらをご利用ください。従来の申請書もお使いいただけますが、その際は新しく追加された種目の種目名は余白に御記載いただきますようお願いいたします。
