〇詐欺グループを逮捕したところ、被害者の中に名前があった
〇犯人の中に銀行員がいたため、あなたの口座が凍結されている
〇口座の安全確認をするために警察官があなたのキャッシュカードを取りに行きます
という電話がありました。
その後、自宅に警察官を名乗る犯人が訪問し、被害者に対して
〇封筒にキャッシュカードと暗証番号を書いた紙を入れてください
と指示し、犯人が封筒をすり替える詐欺事件が発生しました。
★防犯ポイント★
〇警察官を名乗る電話があれば、一旦電話を切り、実在する警察署に電話を架け直してください。
〇警察官がキャッシュカードを受け取ったり、暗証番号を聞くことはありませんので、絶対に渡さないでください。
〇一人で判断せず、警察、知人、家族等、誰かに相談しましょう。
〇防犯機能付き電話の導入や、留守番電話機能などを活用し詐欺被害防止対策をしましょう。
