The Parks and Recreation Division is seeking a dynamic Project/Program Manager III to lead and coordinate fleet and inventory supply management for our organization. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we manage resources and support our mission to inspire healthy communities through our parks.  

About the Role: 

As the Fleet & Inventory Coordinator for Parks, you will provide program management, coordination, and strategic insight into the Division’s fleet inventory and supply needs. Reporting to the Deputy Division Director, this position resides in the Division Director’s Office, which oversees leadership, administration, project and program management, and customer service for the Parks & Recreation Division. 

Your work will support both day-to-day operational coordination as well as mid- and long-term fleet and inventory planning. You will be involved in key initiatives such as fleet electrification, conducting budget and resource assessments, and developing performance metrics for fleet and inventory utilization. Your contributions will ensure the efficient use of resources while preparing the division for future needs and environmental goals.
