クックパッド足立区公式キッチン「東京あだち食堂」で閲覧数の多かったレシピを再配信いたします（2023年3月配信）。「土佐煮」とは、かつお節をまぶした煮物のことです。今回は春が旬の食材、たけのこを使って、電子レンジで作る簡単土佐煮をご紹介します。
＜たけのことにんじんの土佐煮＞
【栄養価等（1人分）】
エネルギー：37キロカロリー
塩分：0.9グラム
野菜量：90グラム
調理時間：10分
材料費：約150円

【材料（1人分）】
たけのこ（水煮）：60グラム
にんじん：30グラム
めんつゆ（3倍濃縮）：大さじ2分の1弱（9グラム）
かつお節：2分の1袋（2.5グラム）
水：大さじ2
【作り方】
1.たけのこ、にんじんは、一口大に切る。
2.耐熱容器ににんじんと水を入れ、ラップをし電子レンジ（600ワット）で2分加熱する。
3.2.にたけのことめんつゆを加えて軽く混ぜ、ラップをして電子レンジ（600ワット）で1分加熱する。
4.3.にかつお節を加えて、全体になじむように和える。
