熱中症が疑われる人を見かけたら、冷房の効いた室内等の涼しい場所に避難させ、衣服をゆるめ、首の周り・脇の下・足の付け根などを冷やし、スポーツドリンクなどで水分補給をさせましょう。
自力で水が飲めない、意識がない場合は、ためらわずに救急車を呼びましょう。
