■今日のアドバイス■
「お金が戻ります」の電話は詐欺（サギ）!
区内のお宅には、還付金詐欺のサギ電話が多数かけられています。
還付金詐欺犯人は、電話で区役所職員を名乗り、「医療費の還付」「保険料の戻し」などの名目で「お金が戻ってきます」という話をしてきます。
さらに、
〇書類を送りましたが回答がありません
〇口座がある銀行を教えてください
〇口座番号、パスワードを教えてください
〇銀行のATMで手続きができます
〇すぐにATMに行ってください
などと言ってきます。
あなたのお宅に区役所職員を名乗る者などから電話があり、「お金が戻ります」といわれたら、それは還付金詐欺です。
絶対に電話で自身の個人情報を教えたり、受けた指示に従ってはいけません。
すぐに電話を切り、警察や杉並区振り込め詐欺被害ゼロダイヤル（０３−５３０７−０８００）に連絡してください。杉並区では、土・日曜日、祝日を含め24時間体制で特殊詐欺に関する電話相談窓口を開設しています。
