■状況
7月25日(木)みよし市内の高齢者宅の固定電話に、市役所職員を名乗る男から「還付金がもらえる」等と電話があり、その後、ATMへ行くように指示され、コールセンターを名乗る男の指示に従い、ATMを操作し、騙されてお金を振り込まされる被害が発生しました。
■対策
・電話の相手が公的機関を名乗ってもすぐに信用することなく家族や警察に相談してください。
・ATMの操作で還付金は受け取れません。
・自宅の固定電話を常時留守番電話設定にしたり、特殊詐欺被害等防止機器を導入する等して、犯人と直接会話しない対策をしましょう。
