Reservations for vaccination with the （ vaccine for infants 6 months to 4 years of age ） with novel coronavirus have been accepted starting today, November 16, at approximately 16:20, for the period November 26 through December 28.
The vaccine to be used during this period is the Omicron strain （ XBB.1.5 ） monovalent vaccine for infants manufactured by Pfizer Inc. It is used in the first （ 1 ～ 3rd ） and additional （ 4th ） inoculations.
*The monovalent vaccine corresponding to Omicron strain XBB.1.5 for infants and toddlers manufactured by Moderna is different in terms of target age and number of inoculations. Please check the city website if you wish to receive it.

The vaccination starting in the fall of 2023 started on September 20, and those who have completed the first （ 1 ～ 3rd dose ） can receive one dose during this period. Also, from the same day, the vaccine used for the initial （ 1 ～ 3rd dose ） has also been changed to the XBB-compatible vaccine for infants.
If you wish to be vaccinated, please fully understand the advantages （ such as prevention of serious illness ） and disadvantages （ such as adverse reactions ） of vaccination, and consider it according to your health condition and convenience in preparation for the year-end and New Year holidays.

*We have almost finished sending out vaccination tickets to those who are eligible for vaccination but do not have them. Those who have unused vaccination tickets at hand may use them as they are. Those who do not have the vaccination ticket due to loss or other reasons need to apply for reissuance. （ Please check the city website for details ）
*Appointment slots will be set up sequentially according to the vaccine delivery schedule from the government and the filling of the appointment slots.

The first dose of Pfizer's infant vaccine consists of three doses, with the second dose given three weeks after the first dose and the third dose given eight weeks after the second dose.
1 ・ The second and third vaccinations cannot be scheduled in succession; the third vaccination can be scheduled after the second vaccination is completed and closer to the date when the third vaccination is available.
