●期間：令和6年10月1日(火)〜令和７年1月31日(金)
●対象者：可児市に住民登録がある方で
(1) 接種日当日に満65歳以上の方
(2) 接種日当日に満60歳以上65歳未満の方で、心臓・じん臓・呼吸器・ヒト免疫不全ウイルスによる免疫の機能障がいにより身体障害者手帳1級の交付を受けている方(事前に問合先までご連絡ください。)
●自己負担額：インフルエンザ 1,500円 新型コロナ 2,000円
(※生活保護世帯の方は無料)
●回数：実施期間中に1回
