■状況
1月9日(木)午前10時40分頃、緑区内の一般宅に、自動音声のガイダンスで「総務省です。詳しくは1番を押してください。」との電話がありました。
このような電話は、サービスセンターや警察を騙る詐欺の犯人に繋がり、言葉巧みにATMに誘導され、現金を振り込まされたり、自宅に訪れた犯人に現金等をだまし取られる詐欺の手口と考えられます。
■対策
・国際電話を利用した特殊詐欺の電話が増えています。
「+1」「+44」から始まる電話番号など見かけない番号からの着信には注意しましょう。
・在宅時でも常時留守番電話設定にしましょう。
・ナンバーディスプレイ設定にして、知らない番号からの電話には出ないようにしましょう。
・防犯機能付電話を検討しましょう。
・一人で判断せず、必ず、家族や警察に相談しましょう！
