熱中症警戒アラートは、熱中症の危険性が極めて高くなると予測された際に、危険な暑さへの注意を呼びかけ、熱中症予防行動を取っていただくよう促すための情報です。
喉が渇く前にこまめに水分補給をする、不要不急の外出は避けるなど、普段以上の熱中症予防を実践しましょう。
