実在する事業者をかたり未納料金を請求する詐欺に注意

大手通信会社グループの事業者を名乗り「1年間電話料金が未払いになっている。支払わなければ法的手続きを取る。守秘義務があるので誰にも話さないように」と電話があった。コンビニで電子マネーを購入するように言われ、店員に聞かれた場合は「自分で使う」と答えるよう指示され、30万円分の電子マネーを購入し番号を教えた。翌日も電話があり、5万円分の電子マネーを購入し番号を教えた。その後も追加で50万円分購入するようにと電話があり、おかしいと思った。(80歳代)

＜ひとこと助言＞
★実在する事業者を名乗り、身に覚えのない未納料金を請求される電話があっても、言われるまま支払ってはいけません。知らない番号や非通知からの電話は「出ない」「話を聞かない」「かけ直さない」ようにしましょう。
★コンビニ等で電子マネーを購入するように指示し、番号を教えさせる方法はすべて詐欺です。
★不明な点がある場合は、実在する事業者の正式な問い合わせ窓口を家族や周りの人とともに調べて、問い合わせてください。
★心配なときは、お住まいの自治体の消費生活センターや最寄りの警察等にご相談ください（消費者ホットライン188、警察相談専用電話「＃9110」番)。
