■電話の内容
・「４年ごとの医療費の見直しで還付金がある」
・「封書で送りましたが確認していますか？」
・「ATMで手続きができます」
■この後、犯人は手続きと称してATMの操作を指示してきますが、ATMで還付金は受け取れません。
※府中市内で還付金詐欺（犯人が府中市役所の職員になりすまして、市民の自宅の固定電話に電話をかけて騙す詐欺）が急増※
電話の相手が、府中市役所の職員を名乗って、「医療費、保険料のお金が戻ってきます。」「期限が過ぎていますが、ATMならまだ間に合います。」等というのは全てウソです。（還付金詐欺の手口）
府中市役所の職員が、「お金が戻ってきますよ」「今なら間に合いますよ」等と市民の方に電話をかけることは絶対にありません。
それは詐欺です。騙されないでください。
ATMやインターネットバンキングで還付金の手続きは絶対にできません。
<対策>
〇 まずは知らない相手からの電話に出ない！
〇 自宅の固定電話が危ない！
〇 医療費・保険料の話は詐欺を疑う！
〇 電話の相手に銀行口座や残高を教えない！
〇 「お金が戻ってくる」と言われたら、電話を切って１１０番！
