"*Description:*" This presentation will provide information on steps CMS is taking to combat unauthorized plan switches and unauthorized enrollments in the FFM.  Subject matter experts will be available to answer questions.

*"Complex Case Web Form Demo"*

*"Description:  "*This presentation will provide a brief description to FFM assisters of what qualifies as a complex case for certain issues regarding the Marketplace application and coverage. There will be a live demonstration of the steps involved to submit a complex case using the updated web form and the new process for submitting multiple cases at one time using the Complex Case web form.
