あなたの周りに最近元気がないな、心配だな、という人はいませんか？また、そのような方への声掛けの仕方に迷った経験はありませんか？
この講座では、悩みを抱えている人に寄り添い支援する「ゲートキーパー」の役割や身近な人のSOSに気づいた時にできる声掛けの仕方を学びます。
ゲートキーパーとは？
こころの不調を抱える方、自殺に傾く人のサインに気づき、対応することができる人です。
すべての市民、地域で働くすべての人がゲートキーパーです。
この機会に悩みの聞き方・気づき方について学んでみませんか？
